Quality outfit with top quality speakers at great prices. Bought some KEF LS50 Wireless IIs and they are nothing short of amazing. On receiving the speakers, there was some smudging on the letter print on one of the speakers. A blip that can happen at the factory when lasering on the model number. I got in touch and Andy jumped straight on it, replacing the speakers quickly, easily and with updates throughout. Having spent a lot of money on these speakers, this was greatly appreciated and invaluable customer service to take any worry or stress away. Would highly recommend this place

Steve and the team here were very kind in demoing some speakers. I was given enough time to work through the music I listen to and enjoy. There was no hard sale approach. I didn't buy on this very occasion, but only because I'm in the middle of moving house (and fell in love with a pair of speakers slightly above my intended budget), but once that's done I will certainly buying!

I wanted to buy a Yamaha cd s303 cd player and living in Bristol I tried the local Sevenoaks branch, we don't have one I'm afraid I was told, but let me check other branches, they had one at their Holborn shop in London and was given the number to ring, I rang the Holborn branch and was told tes we have one in stock, I then ordered and paid for the item and the staff member could not have been more helpful, arranged delivery and kept me informed throughout, first rate customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, really excellent and with the way I was dealt with I will certainly be going to sevenoaks for anything else I need with home entertainment, many thanks for your service and your manner, very best wishes to you, Colin Robins.
