Excellent service from the Guildford team. Very knowledgeable and very helpful and let me listen to a wide variety of music with different setups. Chose the Technics sa c600 paired with the Focal Aria 906's. Had an option to add a micro sub but they advised to listen to the system first at home, before committing. So v genuine advice. Will certainly be back.

I've recently bought one of the latest models of an LG OLED TV from the Sevenoaks' Guildford branch. From my many enquiries to purchase, delivery, and setup, both Ryan and Adel have been extremely friendly and approachable, which I have valued the most! The whole process went so smoothly with their support, where I'd like to open special parenthesis for Adel, who has been a great support in setting it up and chasing the completion of the process all the way to the end at my pace and liking. Even after the delivery and setup, Adel has made another visit to my home to iron out all queries about the TV set that I've had in mind upon initial days of use. This is absolutely precious and his efforts in your organisation should not go unnoticed please. Superb service as always. Was in need of a replacement power amp and the guys allowed me to bring in most of my existing equipment to run through power amp options in their demo room. Not only ended up with a great replacement power amp (NAD C 268) which suited my speakers perfectly, I also know where my next upgrade is headed having trialled the enormously impressive NAD C 658 streamer / DAC / pre amp at the same time. Chris, Adel, Sam and Ryan are very approachable and knowledgeable, always a pleasure talking hi-fi and doing business with them.
