    One of the nicer stations we use daily. It's cleaner than most and this is no commentary on the train service, obviously, which can be pretty ropey up to London. Platforms are clean and easy to get to.

    The staff are all so lovely and kind. I suffer with anxiety and was quite worried about getting the rail replacement (they didn’t know I was so nervous!) but they’re reassurance about checking who was waiting for what stop was so kind and soothing and I really appreciated it! Thank you team xx

    1 star is being generous. The staff at the ticket office are rude and have made several mistakes in selling me incorrect tickets (not via the correct route as requested). They’ve then gotten assertive and rude a few times and rather fix their mistake, they instead tell me to use the machine like another person as ‘I’m young as can do it there’. (the words the man used!) I was unable to use the machine due to my railcard and disability. I had to make a complaint via their form about this particular member of staff and the station but I doubt anything was done. I no longer use this station at all costs.

    Great service for our elderly aunt who was worried about transfers to her 2nd train and the gentleman who helped us was superb and even rang ahead to Hastings to ensure she was met and managed into her connection.. well done sir!

    Left the train early as I hadn’t bought a ticket and ended up in Sevenoaks. I could sense the entitlement of the upper class yobs that live there the moment I stood off the train onto the platform. Shambolic customer service from the Costa down the road too. Costa?
