Opened under the 'new' management of Everyone Active. Sadly nothing has changed, the gym equipment is the same as before and hasn't been upgraded, a decent amount has been out of order for a month (they stopped putting dates on their 'out of order' stickers as it was looking so bad!), the gym itself hasn't even been painted and still has paint chips off the walls everywhere. As least they now seem to be cleaning the gym, unlike the previous management who didn't clean it for about 3 years (even before and after COVID!) - that said, they seem to have re-employed the guys that were too lazy to clean it previously, so we will see how long that lasts! Funny Sencio blamed their closing on COVID and the opening of PureGym locally - that may have been 50% of the reason, but the other 50% was that the gym guys never cleaned anything, ever, and it was literally disgusting (good they are back in their jobs though hey!). Still the same on the swim side as well, although for some reason the showers now seem to be freezing - oh, and apparently they had to close for a day as they put too much chlorine in the pool and it 'bleached' one person's trunks from red to pink and sent another temporarily blind - so, perhaps even more incompetent than Sencio (and we all thought it wasn't possible hey!). In summary, after the 'grand reopening, its still the same, possibly worse.

It was one of the hottest days of the year when we decided to visit the pool, and it was certainly a perfect choice. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the water was a heavenly cool respite from the heat. The poolside area and changing rooms were also just the right temperature. If you live in Sevenoaks, it’s important to take advantage of and support your local pool, or you may risk losing it. Don’t wait until it’s too late – get a swim in while you still can.

Good value, equipment could do with regular TLC - not all are Internet connected to track your performance or log into distractive entertainment. But all classes included and usually easy to get around as not overly busy.

Ever since the opening of a certain gym franchise nearby, the leisure centre has been super quiet. As much as it makes it more comfortable having less people to wait on machines and weights, this place deserves a little more love from the community in these times. They've lost so much members and its painful to see. Wishing for more members to come
