I've had any a replacement window glass from them. Prices are all going up . There office is always busy with trades people ordering & fitting. It's hard to get a phone line, generally easier to pop in to place orders. Email is an option but may need to chase up. But worthy four stars as office guys are helpful - just very busy. Im also keen to order a Composite Door but the deal was a bit tight & 8 weeks lead time. Shame as I'm yet to buy one.
