I purchased a candle which wasn’t cheap. The wicker stopped working before it was even half way through. Also had to keep an eye on it as it kept going on fire which is dangerous. Have messaged them twice on instagram but no response.

I spent £45 and the parcel never turned up. I've been trying to contact the shop for either a refund or a replacement to be sent out but I have been ignored numerous times. I've been waiting for either a parcel or a response from these people for 4 months. Appalling customer service and massively disappointing. What a waste of money! I have contacted Royal Mail and they have said it was Seven Twilights responsibility to send a replacement if a parcel ends up missing, which I am still waiting for months later...
