Great fishery, brilliant bailiffs with plenty of catch advice and information on current form of the lakes. If you want somewhere to get the kids into fishing, this is the place. Secure parking overnight and clean loos too!

I fished lake 7 last summer and i lost count of the carp i had after i hit about 25 fish.they went from about 8lb to 16lb all from the margins fishing light tackle .pellet and mini boillie..i had 2 brilliant days..please be aware! If you have a big van there is a height barrier at the top car park and you will have to walk down with your fishing gear which i had to find out for my self on the day..it is not a short walk! And i didnt feel happy leaving my van so far away from where i was fishing either..this is something that needs sorting out with the fishery..apart from this issue i found the bailifs friendly and the surroundings beautiful

As a fisherman all the made swim’s seem to be on lake six and not very many on the other lakes. I like fishing the lakes but find it hard to find a swim I can fish from especially on lake seven. the ones it has are always full and the other bank is very high some more swims would be nice, on the other lakes as well I know this all costs money and time. Many thanks
