I was completely put aback and shocked when I heard from my friend and neighbour that she received a text message I saw telling her to find another dental practice due to missing an appointment by just 15 minutes. She also was told she must pay £85 for missing this even after she called to say running late. Firstly where on this earth is the written contract between her and yourselves stating she must pay that? You have treated her this way due to her nationality which is complete racism and discrimination. Never have I ever heard such a pathetic response from a dentist before. Unacceptable.
