Absolute disgrace.My brother came out of hospital with a leg injury and social services from the hospital sent this company to him. On the first call my brother was not offered anything to eat or drink.He had spilt some water on the floor so he threw some paper towel on it ,when the first carer came he asked if she could pick the paper up (he couldn’t as his leg is in a brace)she reluctantly did so but was not happy about it and said I’m going.She was there for 7 minutes.My brother complained about this but was told that carers are not there to do domestic duties.However I would say this is a safeguarding issue due to his leg.Every call has been no more than 10 minutes.I am a carer myself but 5 miles from where my brother lives.I will do my brothers calls myself as The taxpayers are paying horrendous amounts of money to this company and are not getting the service vulnerable people need.Out of hospital care should be provided to an effective and efficient company.

The social services sent these jokers to care for my mom. What a disgrace… their clothes were unclean and untidy and only came to microwave food. Looked like they were eyeing the place up. Obviously ripping off the taxpayer via the social services. Big clue… all the positive reviews here have “ethnic” names, as does the MD and most of the employees.

These are no way trained professionals in care. They have to be instructed what to do by family for the client . They stay 10 minutes not the paid 30 minutes! They can just about warm food in a microwave.. school kids could do a better job ! Why open a care company and send people dragged who can’t do a decent job ..telling us you need more money to stay when your sneaking out after 10 mins . Not turning up to feed the elderly their meals, leaving food out everywhere. They don’t change the bin with soiled nappies… THIS IS NOT CARE!!!
