Had to book in last minute, as I had a puncture and the tyres were due for changing anyway, was accepted to got a last minute appointment, which was very good, but as it was at the end of the day was made to feel like I was really putting them out! (There were 4 guys standing around, not exactly like they were rushed off their feet!) Anyway, price was reasonable and all 4 tyres changed within an hour, so left happy. Fast forward 1 day and one of my tyres blows out. Apparently according to the AA there were 2 cracks in the wheel, which would have caused a flat and doing motorway speeds, shredded my tyre! When I got home, I called Setyres and was just fobbed off as if it was 100% nothing to do with them! Obviously there was no crack in the alloy!!!! Must have happened after!!! It seems very coincidental that I had a flat on the same wheel only the day before! In my opinion if you want to roll the dice and get a cheap tyre slapped on, with zero customer service or satisfaction guarantee, then these are your guys! Personally I’d rather burn my cash next time! Cheers lads!
