Absolutely brilliant service from Tom at Evans Halshaw today. I'd taken my much loved mini in as a warning light was on for the front break pads. On first inspection they thought the error was in the warning light system (and quoted for this), later they realised the pads were actually worn. They replaced the pads but still honoured the initial price quoted, they were also incredibly helpful and in touch. They'd initially asked me to pick the car up by 5:30 PM, when I had to call to say I'd been delayed at work and wouldn't be in till around 5:45 it was no problem. Honestly at such a stressful time it meant a great deal to have such a helpful, reasonable and communicative garage. Thank you Tom!!

Just found the perfect car for a special someone. We had gone to quite a few dealerships but none was as good as this one. The car was perfect, and Simon Watts made it very easy to talk through the options and was more than willing to help with any queries we had and went out of his way to make it ready to drive away in a matter of days :)

Purchased a car beginning of April , when I first looked at the car it didn’t have any scratches, After driving it away and having heavy rain I noticed a number of heavy scratches. I took i back down to the sales room and the manager admitted that it must of slipped through the net and was missed. I thought the issues where sorted and again after 2 weeks the paint work has come off after what looks like a bodge job, I have taken it too a local body works garage and they have told me that the jobs not been done correctly in the first place. After spending all the money on the car and hearing good things from people I can tell you now that I wouldn’t advise or purchase another car from here.
