The USB connection in the back of the Harman Kardon headunit in my KIA Sorento GT Line S had become completely detached from the PCB, after months of increasingly persistent connection and charging issues, which I thought were cable or software related. The KIA warranty only covers the HU for two years and a replacement OE headunit from KIA is an eyewatering figure close to £4000! This was therefore, beyond rational consideration. I found SerVotech online, they are conveniently close to where I live so, I gave them a ring. I later dropped it off, I was given a price which was more than reasonable and two days later it was ready for collection. Not only was the original USB connection port re-attached to the PCB, it was also reinforced to ensure it didn't part company again. My infotainment system is fully working again and the cost, a mere fraction of a new headunit. Thank you so much SerVotech, for your outstanding and friendly service.
