    Service clean cleaned all of my carpets they look and smell fantastic. Looks like we have had new carpets fitted. Really reasonable price. Very polite nice young man, very punctual. I phoned last minute as we were moving and wanted fresh carpets to move into they fitted me straight in they also spray with disinfectant. The house smells so fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this company. I looked for a company that have five stars and these guys deserve their five stars. I will definitely use this company again. Thankyou.     Andrew and Chris at ServiceMaster Norwich were tasked with cleaning a 14 year old, Hand made Indian Silk Rug, 12/10 feet. The rug had been given to friends but they couldn’t use it so i collected it from them in poor shape. Dirt, ingrained into the bed of the rug, dust and soot and pet hair, you name it. Andrew and Chris collected the rug and returned it 5 days later in sparkling condition. They identified and reported on issues they found, told me the processes used to clean the rug, including inch by inch cleaning oil their hands and knees. The quote was very competitive and considering the facts; they’re local, collected and returned, were focused on the problem not the fee and clearly knew what to do with silk as opposed to wool, they got the task. I highly recommend them.
