Richard & Steve did a marvellous job cleaning our three piece suite and footstools for the first time. Very professional, polite and friendly. They also left us with some tips on future care. Just realised that four decades have passed whilst Servicemaster have been providing services to us at our home and business premises in Chelmsford Essex. August 2022 marked the 40th year we have used them and on this occasion our lounge and hallway French oak panelled flooring was restored to an unbelievably glorious finish. We are soon to have treated the oak veneered panels in the hall, and on staires and landing walls. Today we approved a sample finish before remaining decoration is due for completion. I'd highly recommend this company! Having seen their work on Instagram they were the first people I reached out to when we wanted a second hand sofa cleaned and I was not disappointed. Incredibly friendly and professional. The sofa looks completely different after they've been and amazing value. I was also worried about any mess but it was spotless after they left. Fire Damaged home that needed to be cleaned. Was advised we would need to pay a deposit which was no problem. After asking how much deposit was required, I was told 3k.. after numerous emails back and forth I was given the bank details to transfer.. Monday morning was told payment wasn’t received. Checked it was the right details I had been sent which it was. Was told by Richard infact it wasn’t the correct details and somebody must have hacked his email account! We are now 3k down, waiting for action fraud and the bank to investigate. Since Richard telling me he has been hacked I have not heard from him.. twice I have called and no answer or return call. Hacked or not.. I was a customer ready for service master to come and do the job! Customer care is 0. Avoid!
