NEVER AGAIN We had a horrible experience with them: do not contact or waste your money with them. Took 4 days to have someone coming over to have a look at our dryer saying it was only the filter dirty. The filter was super clear and clean. Didn’t bother to check if it worked or to check the filter. Charged £82 saying CASH WAS BETTER. Left and nothing was fixed or solved. The dryer still doesn’t work. Shocking bad Service: Dryer repair

not a reliable service. Engineer came and recommanded to change one of the part for the fridge. A few days later, he came with the part and told me it wasn't the part. He repared the fridge and it only last for 3 days the problem came again. Then he became difficult to reach. He told me he believed it must be the main board issue and asked me to wait. two weeks past , still no reply. I am thinking to get a new one now. wasting time and money.
