Connor fixed our leaking water tank, even put the cupboard door back on which we had removed, and left everything very tidy. I was working from home with a poorly kid; Connor was very polite and worked quietly while I had online meetings. The work is all clearly labelled and upgraded. He took away our old tank for disposal. Cannot fault his work or his professional manner. Highly recommended.

Having had an awful experience with 1 company he came round (having complained) dismissed the previous engineers comments, quickly found the issue, ordered parts and fitted with no hassle. Replaced my leaking cylinder, after replacing the cylinder it started making a really bad humming sound, they then came out to replace the pump that didn’t need replacing and the noise continued. They then said I would need a power flush and that it would cost between £700 and £950 this was without doing a water sample they should have carried out. I got a second opinion and a water sample done, after waiting 10 days for the sample to be tested it came back fine and average for my area so no flush needed, I was also told by the guy that gave me the second opinion that a power flush would cost around £450 to £500 for a house my size not what had been quoted by Service plus. To conclude the humming noise coming from the cylinder is a problem/issue with the cylinder and is getting replaced as under warranty.The service plus manager Matt was so rude when I spoke to him on the phone and I was warned he would be rude by an engineer who works for him, so if the job is complicated and you have to challenge him be warned, they also have no complaints process.

This is horrible company and we have horrible experience with them.They took money from our insurance for repairing our boiler which they took two month but at the end they said we can’t do it because it’s under warranty so why did you take the money from insurance ordered the part and at the end we can’t do it if it’s your policy that you can not touch the boiler who under warranty you should have informed the insurance people rather then taking money.First of all the person who came first called Muhammad he diagnosed wrong parts and then my husband have to chase several times and the Manager called MARTTHEW BROWN he was so rude to my husband instead of sorting our problem.we been in cold for two months so basically it doesn’t matter if boiler in warranty or not you got the money from insurance for the service and you took the money but did not provide the service horrible experience.probably good reviews are from who hire them privately but this company is horrible.I pray your company get end soon ameen .I wish I could give you 00000000 rating
