Superb, We've used ServerHouse for some time now, but this was my first visit to the Brunel Road site. An unassuming building, which looks a little rough and ready, hides a data centre which is anything but, with a spotless server floor, and well equipped build areas, and a full loading bay, all secured properly. It's a tier 3 facility with multiply redundant power, HVAC, and connectivity. However, what I feel really needs flagging, is quite how amazing the customer service was, the technical staff are polite, and extremely capable, and remote hands response has always been extremely rapid. Couple this with local, but geographically diverse DR in another tier3 facility included within the package, I feel that the offering is incredible value for money. Links to Telehouse in Docklands, and other ServerHouse datacentres in the Fareham area make this an excellent location for most colocation requirements.
