Duncan has just refurbished and/or replaced 20+ sash and casement windows on our Georgian farmhouse and I can’t recommend him highly enough. A true craftsman with a genuine passion for heritage windows, he’s addressed every issue with painstaking care and the results speak for themselves. On top of that, he’s a lovely guy to have around. I should also add that he came in much cheaper than a nationwide competitor - and having had work done by both, I can safely say that Duncan’s is of a very much higher standard. In fact, he helped to put right some of the shortcuts taken by the other lot.
