Faulty website. They took my money but said that "there was an error in your payment" and it refused to give me a key. They've had this problem for years, with people complaining in forums and even it making it to the website FAQ's, but they continue to ignore the issue. Also, bad customer support. I don't remember it being this bad when I got Affinity 1. Not even a "sorry". They don't care. Probably burned out from hearing the same complaints over and over again. All in all, kinda shady. I hope I get my money back sometime soon.

This location is the warehouse, I give Serif 5 stars simply because they deserve it, I had a problem with a delivery and suggested a solution that was a "little bit out of the box " and they agreed, consequently someone is getting a Christmas present at Christmas! Full marks! I started using Affinity photo not long after it came out, it is, I find, intuitive to use and not prone to 'crashing' the HDR and stitching persona's are much used and I personally think easier to use than Photoshop. Anyway try it yourself and see! Once again, thanks Serif and happy Christmas!
