I am extremely happy with the service I received whilst visiting the serenity clinic :) I had booked a skincare consultation and Kuldip was very helpful in explaining everything after my face was scanned. She showed me the damage the sun had done to my face even though it is not visible (yet). Thankfully, it is reversible so I will be going back to take care of those issues. In addition to the helpful explanations, Kuldip also gave extremely useful advice relating to food and drink. I am very happy that I chose this clinic and that too now rather than wait another couple of years. I have a plan of action now to tackle my skin issues and I am looking forward to booking my next appointment. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is concerned about their skin issues.

Really rude and push you to book more services. In your response you are reaching a whole new level of being self-delusional. None of what you claim has actually happened. I still stand by my review on how rude the manager was, claiming that I booked at a certain time and then didnt show up while actually what happened is they double-book customers and try to make you pay for no-showups or other services you didnt ask for. Please dont play the discrimination card here to mask your unprofessionalism, your response just shows the true level of unprofessional services that I received in this place. Service: Waxing
