Absolutely shocking service, I contacted for lash extensions, initially friendly service and I booked in. I arranged my patch test, but the lash tech forgot to show up, after hanging around for 20 minutes the hairdresser stepped in (thankfully). Then the day of my actual appointment arrived and I receive a message just an hour beforehand to cancel. Shocking service on both occasions and I will not be using them again!
