As a person worried about all things dental. This wonderful dental practice makes the entire visit as calm and relaxed as possible. The staff are all extremely friendly and on a return visit I already felt like a regular visitor. From the smiles from the reception team. The the greetings from the dental nurses, hygienist and dentists are fantastic and put me at ease. The background music really helped me relax. The dentist discussed what he was about to do and where options existed sort my approval before continuing. After several seasons of dental work I would certainly recommend this practice and required no additional painkillers after the treatment. The entire course of treatment was explained and any questions were answered in detail. All work was estimated and a written and email versions provided.

The care you receive from all the staff at Serenity Dental is absolutely brilliant. They go far beyond the normal to make sure you are comfortable and happy. On my recent emergency visit I was treated by Stephan who I can only describe as amazing - kind, considerate, efficient and very understanding.

As always the staff were friendly and efficient and made me feel comfortable whilst waiting. The whole ambience of the practice is clean tidy and peaceful and since I have been a patient at here for more than 35 years and am pretty well on first name terms with everyone I think that speaks for itself. I should also mention that the standard of dentistry is exemplary and I would recommend Serenity to anyone who needs a good and caring practitioner. I would just like to add that this weekend I had an emergency and after phoning on Saturday morning Brett contacted me almost immediately. To cut a long story short a very awkward and challenging old filling was replaced first thing on Monday morning by Stefan who did a fantastic job with the minimum of fuss and no pain or discomfort for me. I would just like to say a special thank you to him and Evie who assisted him. I've been asked to review again and having read through what I have already written it's hard to add anything else.of value. In my opinion as a dental experience it cannot be bettered.
