Such an amazing experience at Serenity Brides. I went dress shopping with no real idea what would suit me and just one picture of a dress I liked. Like many I guess, I didn’t really have the vision to look around dresses hung up in bags and think “that’s nice” so that was where Josie came in. She also helped picked out some beautiful dresses and instantly made me feel relaxed, I honestly cannot thank her enough and now I have my dream wedding dress. Thank you Josie and the team

I had a fantastic experience with Serenity Brides. Due to heavy traffic I arrived to my appointment late but Lauren was so accommodating & helped me try a number of dresses in my short time there. She was able to help guide me in my choices as to what suited me & what didn’t . The store has a fantastic selection of dresses & I am delighted to say I found my dream dress there! Such a lovely experience finding my perfect dress! A really vast collection in a spacious room made browsing easy, and there was no pressure to buy or hurry - I tried around 8 dresses in the 2 hour slot and it was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff were super friendly, complimentary and helpful. Recommend!

I was extremely nervous for my appointment as I’m not very confident in my body and I was worried I’d hate all dresses on me. From the minute I started trying dresses on Lyndsey was calm and supportive. She listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t like about each dress I tried on and found me the dress I was looking for. There was an emotional moment for me because my mum is no longer with us and she gave us all the space we needed to feel it. I was a bit aprehensive about dress shopping as i dont like being stood over or the hard sell, but i neednt have worried as my experience at Serenity Brides was lovely from start to finish. Lyndsay welcomed us in and we were allowed to browse on our own with no pressure. I tried on several dresses and lyndsay was very patient as i didnt really know what i wanted and i liked most of them! Her expertise were brilliant in helping to narrow down what i liked and didnt like, and although i hadnt really intended to order a dress that day, i ended up finding the perfect one which i felt amazing in and was exactly what i wanted. The Rick Your Curves secrion has a huge selection of dresses to try, and it was so nice to actually be able to put the dresses on rather than just have them held around me to get a vague idea of what they might look like. The appointment was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and i felt so comfortable. All of the staff were super friendly and really lovely and id like to say a big thank you to them, especially to lyndsay. I would highly recommend Serenity Brides to anyone, especially if youre a bit bigger and / or feeling a bit unsure about the whole process. I cant wait to get my finished dress and wear it on my wedding day!!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better consultant. I hadn't been enjoying dress shopping (so stressful!) but Josie made me feel completely at ease, and listened to, and she has the patience of a saint! She didn't rush me, she was honest, kind and thoughtful and went out of her way to help me make a decision. I'd highly recommend her to anyone. And the same goes for all the staff - friendly, helpful, and flexible, accommodating my plans and working to my timeline. You are all amazing, thank you x
