Initially we ordered some diamond earrings from the website. we were kept up to date everystep of the way with our order via e-mail and telephone. We were so impressed with their service that we made an appointment and decided to travel from Yorkshire to go and choose our wedding rings. Drina and her team where amazing and helped us choose exactly what we wanted, they even kept hold of the rings for us, so we had an excuse to visit the beautiful isle of Wight again. So my lovely husband surprised me with a beautiful 'tree of life' pendant from Serendipity Diamonds today for Valentine's. It is amazing, fantastic quality and came in a very classy presentation box. My husband said customer service was excellent. This has got to be a real 'gem' for the Isle of Wight! Can't wait until I can visit their showroom when we are allowed for some retail therapy. Would definitely recommend Serendipity to anyone looking for a 'special' gift and not necessarily diamonds. Although the diamonds are amazing too! Thank you Serendipity, we'll be back!

As I'm in Middle America and they are in the UK, Isle of Wight, I was a little concerned. Fear not! Not only was the service THE BEST I've received, the diamond pendent is beyond expectation. Emily started communicating right away and stayed in touch throughout the process, even when a hiccup occurred in customs, I found out about it first from Emily - then FedEx . I cannot recommend enough!
