Very very poor and stressful experience. Ongoing!! I would not rate this company even one star but in order to review it I gave it one star. Somebody needs to step in and sort it out or their contract should be terminated! They do not pick up phones, I tried all of the 6 options!! Very unhelpful and inflexible responses to emails, if and when they deign to respond. What a horrid company!

The leisure centre I used was first rate however Serco as an umbrella company aren't. They state one months notice of termination of membership actually works out as 2 with an additional monthly subscription to pay. When cancelling due to redundancy an unexpected extra month is financially difficult. IN SUMMARY THE INDIVIDUAL GYMS ARE FIRST RATE BUT I WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND JOINING ANY GYM MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY.

Facilities at Ladywood Leisure centre in terrible state of repair. Showers broken since turn of the year. Keep getting told the same story..parts on order. It doesn't take 3 months to fix a knob on a shower. Sauna seats broken..no emergency stop button in the sauna. Constantly told the same thing. Parts on order. Lies lies lies. Know nothing is being done about any of the problems. Quick to take 40quid a month off clients but can't fix a small 50quid tap. Shameful.

Attempting to cancel a membership. No way to phone up, the online form submission takes ages to get a response. Being waiting for 20 days now after replying to their email. Said it would take 4-6 days. Just sent them a reminder, now the response that email is 7-10 days... so basically you can't get a response. When signing up to a membership via phone you're not provided with any information such as cooling off period, terms and conditions etc nor are you given a clear start date for the contract. Why can't I just ring someone up to discuss this?
