Sorry to share a similar experience to many of the reviews here. My wife did end up purchasing a number of items that she has been more or less happy with. We spent over £400. There are two significant demerits, though: 1. The service was horrendous. My wife left in tears and I had to tell the sales associate not to speak to her anymore. Even if the clothes had all been amazing, we will not be coming back and we will absolutely not be recommending this store with the current level of customer service. She was a bully and kept nagging and complaining that my wife would buy a certain item in one size and another item in a smaller or larger size. We clarified a number of times that we were looking for items for a variety of uses, and something that's appropriate for lounging at home wouldn't work for work or for going-out clothes. 2. Half of the clothes are cheugy and a bit cringey. Take-away for anyone reading this, perhaps choose another store or at least gird your loins for an uncomfortable service experience.

Awful service at the store. The Indian shop assistant was constantly on personal calls ignoring customers, returns cannot be processed if it’s from online, the items are increasingly ugly as there is really nothing to buy for the 50 pounds store credit I got after returning an item right away and being refused a refund!!!

Not worth it! Expensive products with terrible quality. I have purchased a dress for work worth £129 in August. As the weather was too hot I couldn’t wear it until September. After 2 weeks, the fabric stated to fade and it stated to break creating 2 big holes. I took it back to the Marylebone branch and the lady did nothing. Asking me to go back after 2 weeks as he manager wasn’t available and that she would call me. She did not and the dress is now useless. I spent a £129 to buy a dress to wear only 2 times.

It was such an incredible experience, my sister and I dealt with Swati and she literally made the experience for us! We went to countless other maternity stores and it was horrible, where Swati made us feel so special, beautiful, and completely made the experience for us. So much so that we came back twice within a week! We laughed and joked and we both walked away feeling so excited about the journey that lies ahead and beautiful in our new clothes. Swati pays incredible attention to detail, she has a wealth of style knowledge having studied fashion and design, this clearly came through as she knew exactly what material would work and what wouldn’t. She also was not pushy and made you simply feel supported in the choice that you made. I would highly recommend anyone who is searching for maternity clothes to request Swati’s assistance. The absolute best experience! Can’t wait to go back! Also the clothes are incredible and great quality! The style is really great too with a big variety! We ended up buying everything from jeans to dresses to underwear you name it we bought it!
