    A senturian security guard called Mohammed working next door is very rude ,Aggressive, has Appalling and inappropriate behaviour towards children using inappropriate language. Not professional at all. When called Ashley Morgan on 03/04/2021 to report the guard, he was honest to say that he was very reluctant to put him on this job but didn't take my complaint of his actions seriously. Mohammed uses his personal mobile to record everything and has no bodycam. He was recording my minor child on his phone and was making inappropriate body gestures . Mohammed's aggressive and unprofessional conduct lead to one of our worker getting injured while Mohammed was involved with another 3 men in manhandlinig our 1 worker. Incidents been reported to the police and Mohammed's conduct towards a Minor is also reported to the police. Today 04/04/2021 ,we called Ashley Morgan again to obtain the details of Mohammed and the insurance. Ashley totally denied that Mohammed ever worked for him. Bottom line is that Ashley Morgan mentioned he is friends with our Neighbour Cllr Abdul Khan and Mohammed the security guard is also friends with Cllr Abdul Khan. Cllr has strong influence on Ashley and Mohammed and because of that,they are changing and denying the events that has taken place OR SHALL WE SAY THEY ARE SCARED OF THE COUNCILLOR I have all the events recorded on Mobile phones ,bodycam and have independent witnesses to stand my ground.. I am also getting in touch with the media for all the events that have taken place which could have been prevented if the security guard had followed the protocol of his job and make our locals aware of such individuals . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY

    With the help out to eat out and the coronavirus we struggled with our staff to maintain social distancing with the closure of many businesses in and around Derby an increase in customers to the Forge BlackRock Steakhoue.
