Just started here recently and I've found everyone really friendly and welcoming. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is an excellent martial art for self defense and there's loads of competitions going on throughout the year, for all skill levels, which you can enter when you're ready. There's a class or open-mat every single day so always something available to suit your schedule and the gym has been recently refurbished and kept very clean. So pleased I found this place!

This gym is the absolute best and I’m so glad I joined! The instructors are extremely knowledgable and experienced and have won countless medals from competing at the highest level. Everyone you train with is really approachable, friendly and more than willing to help you out. BJJ as a martial art is great for getting in shape and really effective for self defence. Absolutely amazing gym, I started bjj just over 3 years ago at this gym and since the moment I stepped into the gym they made me feel very welcome and part of the team. It also made me start some life changes which benefited my lifestyle and training. When I started bjj I weighed almost 100kg in body weight and quickly after committing to training I was down to 83kg in body weight in no time. The coaches are at an extremely high level of the sport and have countless achievements in competition and are extremely welcoming and always go out of their way to help anyone. I highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter weight, gender, race ect the gym is a place where we can all go and train together and create a community.
