We’ve used Sense of Occasion for so many celebrations and every single time they’ve been incredible! The team is so lovely and will do whatever they can for you. We unfortunately had a balloon deflate on my sons birthday and Nadene came down once he was in bed and fixed it so that the surprise wasn’t ruined for him. They’re top quality and the just add that incredible extra touch! They’re always there to answer questions, they can take a colour scheme or an idea and bring it to life even if you’re not sure what you need. They’re true magicians when it comes to balloons
