I bought the feather necklace from this vender. A little over a year and half of my wife owning this necklace one of the feather parts fell off. Upon closer inspection it was glued on and not soldered like the rest (see photos) when contacting the vender they indicated that I must have glued the part on my self and would not offer a replacement nor continue email negotiations. I would avoid buying from this vender.

While in London with my mother she purchased a very simple necklace for me from this business. It was a simple flat square metal pendant. I cherished it but after having less than a month I accidentally left it behind at a hotel and, when I went to retrieve it, the housekeeper appears to have stolen it. I cherished it so much I did research to remember where we got it and...I found it!!!! I just ordered a replacement and they will mail it to California for me. I’m so very pleased
