    Very expensive earbuds failed after 8 months, sent for repair, recorded delivery. No response from Sennheiser after a week and a half, despite website saying they confirm immediately. No-one answering phone - cut off twice now. Finally got a ticket number after emailing with complaint, then another email telling me how to return my earbuds, which I've already returned. They don't have a clue what they're doing, it seems. These people are a joke. Not sure I’ve ever had worse service. Update: new earbuds arrived about 3 months after they were sent back. This pair lasted 11 months before breaking down. However, the earbuds themselves I love and I'd recommend them to anyone.

    I've contacted the company warranty contact twice already in regards to the headphones I bought, nobody even bothered to contact me back. If there is a warranty service why are not returning the email? Somewhat disappointed with the service, headphones are all right in general.

    Sent my headphones back over 3 weeks ago for a warranty repair and have not received any communication since. I have emailed, Tweeted, used their contact form and tried to use their live chat function but have been ignored through all methods of communication. I have used Sennheiser products for years but will be actively avoiding them in future due to such poor customer service and the fact I seem to have just now lost my headphones.

    Sennheiser CX 400BT True Wireless Earbuds: GREAT! BUT if you pay £100 for those and lose the charging case, they will give you two options: 1. Bin them 2. Pay £60 for a charging case. I spoke with customer service, the reply was a joke. As much as I liked their main products, the company its self lost all my trust and this was the last time I bought anything of them. Pure frustration.
