BEWAREof the the great experience in showroom when buying because what follows is awful delivery and after sales seems non existent. wrong table delivered first, then a damaged one and no proactive contact from them whatsoever. rarely answer the phone too. still waiting for coffee table and 2 chairs ordered in february. very disappointing. no plan to remedy damaged table after 3 weeks and no contact from them. update 14 june 2002. coffee table eventually delivered today and it was terrible job. resin had loads of bubbles and poor quality control. had to send back after waiting 5 months! the dining table is STILL not fixed and the service has continued to be terrible i am very close to making a section 75 claim as what we ordered has simply not been delivered. the reply given below may have apologised and accepted things were not delivered but there has since been no improvement whatsoever… just empty words. It is now the end of October and we still have the loaned table which is worth a fraction of the one we ordered. We have now bought a good table elsewhere but still have not had a refund or the loaned table collected by this company. I would encourage anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Please stay away! the most awful and tiring experience ever and never ending. They delivered us a wrong and damaged sofa, we filed the complaint at the moment of the delivery, they promised us to resolve but despite the efforts, they kept misleading us for 9 months, at the end they couldn’t resolve and they weren’t able to fulfil our order correctly. Hence we asked for a refund but after 1 year they haven’t processed it, and now they don’t update us anymore. We called this morning and the only thing they said to us is: we don’t know what is happening. This is ridiculous. Very unhappy and we don’t suggest you to buy from them.

Update on my orignal review: Sena Furniture are terrible. 2 months after receiving the coffee table, a fault appears. That was 3 years ago, still not rectified. Dreadful customer service. Having just completed a major refurbishment of our home, we wanted something special to finish off the living room. It took a lot of research to find Sena. We loved the look of it online and travelled to Huntingdon to see it in reality. It didnt disappoint - custom build to our own specification, we wanted it slightly taller than the standard which was done, at no extra cost. We placed the order there and then. We were told that, because of the Christmas shut down, it would take longer than normal to arrive. It is well worth the wait. Alice was extremely helpful, keeping us informed at every stage. The delivery driver was so helpful removing all the packaging (it was very well protected) and ensuring that all was well. We would not hesitate to recommend Sena Furniture - we may be back to look at dining tables and chairs!
