Sandra is extremely professional and welcoming. She makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk into the clinic. She explains the process thoroughly and listens to what you want to achieve with the treatment. I am over the moon with my brows. They look so natural and I no longer feel the need to wear any makeup on them. I’ve been back for my 12 month top up and will definitely be returning when I need my next! Very open and informative, was very thorough in getting the look that I was after. Sandra was so lovely and friendly so really put me at ease. She was incredibly careful to not go too dark and ‘less is more’ - as you can always go darker/build it up later; but if you go too much too soon, you can’t go back!! I was fussy and asked for a few changes/darker shade, and she was incredibly agreeable and flexible in getting me in for this.
