What a miserable driver at 8.30 am (21/6/21) - when I boarded at Duke of York in Romiley, he virtually growled at me as he told me the machine wouldn't accept my visa. Luckily, I found a £2 coin in my bag (fare was £1.90), so I gave it to him on my way off. Not a thank you, offer of change or any acknowledgement from him at all. He is seriously lacking in people skills & needs a refresher course in handling the older generation first thing in the morning. Hes seriously let this otherwise great little bus service down.
