The one good non bias employee (Chloe) that worked there already left since then experienced difficulty at communication, unfair I would even go as far as discriminatory approach if you are not english, investigated for non anti social behaviour! investigated for "loud laughter" and other day to day activities that Selwood has, on main page says it is acceptable! However when report filed from my side was ignored/brushed under the carpet! Despite some senior manager was involved nothing changed. Good thing that few guys that did repairs were pleasant and professional, regarding the wait was various 3-6 weeks wait but issues were not urgent just inconvenient. I wish Selwood would treat all their tenants the same! Living in such modern democratic country like UK, it is disgusting to still experience discrimination and to be treated like a second class citizen if you have different background. Update May 23 In December 22 Paul who is senior member took this case to investigate, rang to discuss and learn the issues and I have specifically pointed out that this feels like harassment when I'm investigated for day to day activities noise, like "laughing to loud", while I hear my lower neighbour swearing and shouting while he is on the phone. During investigation Selwood did not bother at all (peaceful times), however when I have received the results of investigation in Feb 23, which I quote " Selwood did not breach anything and acted accordingly" meaning that Paul found nothing wrong was done by Selwood despite them constantly approaching and harassing me for day to day activities which are not even treated as "anti social behaviour" I knew I had no chance here and the only reason being is literally that I'm treated as second class citizen. The calls and complaints were ignored when I pointed out much worse behaviour by my lower floor neighbour whose apartment constantly stunk and the guy literally constantly shouts at his own grandson when he looks after him... I had to move out because after almost 2 years of stupid harassment from Selwood, enough is enough! I'm now renting which is more expensive but at least I do not have to deal with Selwood and the horrid neighbour from the floor below.

I've been a tenant for over 20yrs and can honestly say that this is an excellent housing association. Any repairs I have raised have always been dealt with swiftly and with very professional friendly staff. I would definitely recommend selwood compared to other housing associations.

I was harassed and bulled over the last two years regarding too loud talk , too loud laugh , too loud walk between room even when it’s not anti social behaviour , once I had cast for about 6-7 weeks and for the first 4 weeks I have hardly did any walking at all and i have received complain that I quote "I am walking too loud " I found this so ridiculous but yet was investigated by Selwood, I will add more that Selwood ( EMMA ANDREWS ) representative made an announced visit to investigate.. also I was getting lots of phone calls from selwood ( EMMA ANDREWS ) that I’m talking and walking too loud so many times even when I was away from home and most of the times I’m at work !! That’s ridiculous!!! Please avoid at all costs .
