As helpful as the staff are , the surgery in general is unable to cope with the increased demand , when you try to book an appointment in advance it is impossible, a problem that can be looked at at surgery level I'm now forced to go and bother A&E , There really needs to be another surgery in Selsey now due to new houses being built , campers from coves stretching the service even more, no disrespect to the staff but these issues need to be looked at

I am sending this message as an apology!,I gave a very poor rating for my impression of the surgery on Monday the19th ,I spoke to a very nice lady at the door who was very helpful sorry I didn’t catch her name! I was in a bad mood due to all the changes being made to my appointments ,which I found very frustrating! my impression of all the staff and the surgery now on reflection warrants the 5 star rating ,thank goodness we have the surgery in Selsey!

Great once you can get in but you never can have a phone only system which in itself would be fine but no one answers them so it’s impossible to get hold of them. I was referred 3 months ago by the hospital and still nothing from the GP with no way to get hold of them.

They sent me to my death. Told me my swollen pain filled leg was just a sprain and told me to go to a physiotherapist. Thankfully her husband who was a retired dr came back from the pub to have a look as she was concerned. They sent me straight to hospital with a note… a heavily drunk retired doctor saved my life whilst the doctors at Selsey medical practice clearly know nothing and do not care about human life.
