They can’t tolerate negative feed back as , per Neville Baker , Yangnar and the bar manager Anne Devany.nee Paterson should not be working with the public . Their Maths skills course was a shambles poorly run and the department was rife with bullying service users . Too much form filling and do it online . How Veronica had a job is beyond moral comprehension . The centre itself was poorly run and had key issues of safe guarding.
