I've been here for upper lip threading. They practice no hygiene. No hand washing. No cleaning of the bed, dirty bed roll, unprofessional. Cut me up on my upper lip when they were threading. Never went back.

My hairs really wonky and uneven at the front and back of my hair , they did it really fast which was great but they tried to blend my curtains with my hair and just chopped off random chunks , looks like a stairs going down my face . It looked great when they curled it but once I straightened it u can easily see the carelessness in the job,rushed it and made an absolute tip of my hair , and all I wanted was a simple trim !

Me and a friend booked through wowcher to get our hydra facials done together at this salon which upon arrival we were advised not to book through next time, i was taken in first for my facial many staff members were sent in telling the lady who was doing my facial to be quick and i was out of the room and placed in another room within 15 to 20 minutes as they stated my friends facial needs to begin although we had paid for 2 facials lasting 2 hours not both within the hour the equipment used was clearly not cleaned as weeks after the facial me and my friend are suffering due to it, we have similar breakouts all over our faces and super red cheeks which we never had before. I have had hydrafacials before this was NOT a hydrafacial. Please avoid at all costs your skin will thankyou
