    My room was dirty - mould in shower, stray hairs on bathroom floor. Staff were friendly & polite. Changed my room without problem but new room had broken curtain hooks & woukdn't close properly. These were fixed next day. Breakfast - always had to wait for the eggs to be cooked - cross between scrambled & omelette. Also, streaky bacon used & not back bacon - cheapskates! Location is on seafront but no aircon so had to open windows - noisy from traffic.

    Excellent service and location! 2 minute walk to the i360, 10 min to the Brighton Palace Pier. Receptionist Sebastian was lovely, efficient and kind! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

    I stayed for 2 nights and I really like the ethos from this individualistic hotel. No television which is such a good decision. I’ve stayed all over the world in 5 Star hotels where the television is blaring from the other room so my two days of peace and quiet was a joy. I loved the reception area, felt like I was in the Caribbean and that was nice as the weather was so cold outside. The staff so friendly. So, a definite recommendation from me. 🙏

    Stayed here a couple of times. Lovely spacious hotel on the Brighton seafront with excellent breakfasts and attentive staff. Guests can use the shared working space. Decent value overall. Just be prepared to be buffeted by those strong winds on your way in and out of the hotel! Walkability: Walking distance from Brighton's major sites
