I bought a Jewellery Storage Book which cost me $31.00. Some weeks later I received some little blue plastic bags, I have no idea what they are for. But not my Jewellery Storage Book. I have sent over 15 emails trying to get some sense out of the Customer Service people who simply do not take any notice of your complaints. Finally I have given up, let them keep my money. But let me warn you DO NOT buy anything from this company!!!
