Beautiful BIAB by Sveta. The only issue I had was I have sensitive skin, cuticles, and the machine used does an amazing job at cleaning up, but I did get some red cuticles and my pinky had a blood blister the next day. I did comment this and the staff apologised. I got offered some coffee/tea/water, they were able to charge my phone, everyone was quite nice, especially Sveta. She was sweet and professional. I do feel I got a bit rip off because I booked french and wanted a pearl effect (the super in fashion pearl nails!), but they did not have a pearly nail colour. Sveta was smart and mixed chrome with white and created something pretty, not the same, but still pretty. They charged me for nail art because of this, which I think it was not necessary. Either way, I am visiting again next week, all my nails lasted well until now and look pretty :) Service: Manicure

Terrible experience ,during the pedicure the nail tech cut through my toe nail ! Causing me to bleed heavily Shocking the salon did not even have any plasters or a first aid box meanwhile the receptionist instead of addressing the issue she asks if I was diabetic ?! I'm now concerned about a possible infection and may need to see a doctor. On top of that I paid for an infill that took 1.5 hours to Finnish with white boarders that do not match one significantly larger than the other hand . I will not return , not will I recommend . As I paid through fresha I also found out they charged me for the pedicure shellac removal without my knowledge. Be aware , do not use this salon if you like a honest and professional service and a safe environment.

Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE! Booked in for 5pm. Called 4 times to let them know I’d be 10 mins late. They didn’t answer, called me back and confirmed 17:10 is okay. Got there. Everything was fine! Agreed on a design, French tips and started. Suddenly the woman doing my nails made a huge problem out of me wanting a French tip. They made every excuse under the sun! Not enough time, we suddenly can’t do that design, there’s someone else coming. Even though they were aware what time we would arrive, and we told them what we wanted over the phone. They were ignoring us and not being clear on anything at all! We ended up leaving with half of my friends nails on because they were being so rude and unclear. And they were laughing as we left! Don’t go to this shop if you want good customer service because I’m shocked at the attitude. 0/10. I only put that one star so that the review could be posted but honestly, 0 stars. Currently in a shop down the road where they are fixing it, and the people in this shop agreed that Selfish Nails should be AVOIDED!

I had a brow lamination and eyelash tint and perm, and gel nails. The eyelash treatment lasted very well. Compared with the same treatments received at the other Selfish salon, neither the brows and the nails lasted well. But the reason I am giving a low score is because no matter who you are treating, you do not say to your client “I am doing my best with what you’ve got.” I left the salon a couple of hundred pounds poorer, and feeling humiliated.
