Very good value for money, stored there for 7 weeks was the cheapest i could find! staff were helpful and answered any queries i had when showing me around the storage. I didnt realise when i moved my stuff in that they offer free van use for moving in so if you are going to be using the storage make the most of the excellent service. Only downside is the closing time is quite early but in all fairness it does give u the times before u sign up so just an oversite on my part, a late night thursday or something similar would be very handy. Overall very happy with the service

Be sure to Google "Self Storage Tameside fire" before entrusting these charlatans with your belongings. Lost everything after paying for storage for nearly two years. The building that burnt down was undergoing renovations and had the smoke detectors covered with disposable gloves. They blamed it on electricals and moved on. No responsibility taken, no compensation offered, not even an apology. Hundreds were affected, nobody was reimbursed. They might be cheaper than other options, but you get what you pay for. If you insist on storing goods with them, only store replaceable items and nothing of sentimental value. It's just not safe here.

Not sure where to actually start with this place. Awful customer service. Rebecca, thinks its okay to accuse you of not paying & then never apologize, for being wrong.... yeah we all make mistakes but least say sorry when you have. Leanne, has no business aspects at all as the above even though she knows that her college was in the wrong and wont apologize from the business or on the behalf of the college as she wasn't in on that day. According to Leanne its 'not her thing to do' to apologize on their half or the business. They say their always on top of the books which is a lie, will admit I was short about under a £10 month as I was looking at the wrong pricing due to the insurance, they let this building up for over a year until they informed me... Which could of been resolved a lot easier if they informed me right away. Oh and your not the cheapest in Manchester.
