There is a very good reason we drive over an hour each way to visit the Jewellery quarter in Birmingham. It is to find true craftman who have passion and skill in equal measure. John is just a great case in point, we needed 3 rings enlarged, he understood the job perfectly, and completed the work in good time. When we went to pick them up they were very slightly too small, they would have done but John wanted them to be perfect so we went and grabbed a cuppa and by the time we returned they were perfect. Price was good and in line with other quotes in the quarter and much less than the local high street jewellers. We still cannot where the extra pieces were inserted as the rings were returned fully polished and cleaned, as good as new Top marks all round
