So so bad. Lost my money. There's answer it to give you a quiz over the phone. Multiple pointless questions. You may get a refund you may not. Staff at the customer experience team (No really that's what it's called) are unbelievable rude. Best avoided and go to a shop

I would rate ZERO stars if I could. RIP off fees, it’s a shame the business is still going. Do not use their vending machines, over priced and fees are not clear!
