    1 hour i'll never get back, incompetent to say the least. I booked a slot for repair, arrived promptly, the assistant appeared surprised that I'd booked a slot - turns out the repair technician had decided to help another customer literally at the same time as my arrival. I presume he had not bothered to check the diary, so dealt with a walk-in as opposed to following his schedule? Several times his colleagues told him that I was waiting, and then told me he wouldn't be long . Still, he kept me waiting for almost an hour whilst the other customer was dealt with. On the verge of walking out, he sheepishly materialises, mumbling a vague and empty apology for the delay. He then examined my faulty device, spending 5 minutes attempting various reset methods (that i'd already tried) before telling me my device would have to be sent off for further examination, and this would take 2 weeks. He also said I'd be better off going to the official apple store for a 7-8 hour turnaround. So why i waited 1 hour for a 5 minute service I have no idea. There were 4 people working, and barely any customers. This was not a case of being busy. I wait less time at the doctors surgery. Hence the experience completely ruined my day, messing up my plans for the afternoon. A total waste of time and 1 hour i will never get back.

    Very rude service. Double booked and didn’t even want to look at laptop (had me in and out in 30 seconds) - suggested a fix that would leave me without the device for 10 days. Don’t bother booking here and wasting your time, just go directly to Apple

    I ordered an IPhone 14 pro max on 24th September , I was told it would Be in store 2 days later , Still Have not received my phone been to the store twice , called so many times I have lost count no One returns your call , we have to go to store again tomorrow, I live over 2 hours away , absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!
