There was always someone on the other end of the phone to help me whenever I wasn't sure about anything and they even helped to arrange my dates when I got busy with work.     So happy I joined Select. Everyone I've spoken to has been tremendously helpful and professional. I paid about £1000 and later added a personally curated bio and some coaching. Glad I did, the bio went in to a lot of detail and I think without it I would have struggled to make a great impression. As luck has it, I've been introduced to a true gentleman who treated me to lunch on our first date. We've since been on several dates and walked our dogs together last weekend. If you're thinking of joining a dating service, I would look no further than Select, they're experts.

    Initially , I was happy with the way the idea was presented to me . Unfortunately the process was extremely slow, I only had 2 prospective matches on the cards after 3 weeks . I wasn’t able to view pictures until after I sent more money , whether I wanted to meet them or not . I wasn’t allowed any form of refund . . All I got was an email from a Mr Patterson telling me no refund even though I had paid in full . Very disappointed

    I wish I had seen honest reviews before I signed up and I don't want others to lose their money as I did. I had a conversation with Alex at the beginning and things felt very positive and I came away very happy. As soon as I handed over my money, things changed. Radio silence bar some generic emails about what to say on your date, etc. I didn't receive a match for months and when I emailed, they sent one straight over wasn't appropriate. When I turned this down, I never heard again. After months, I emailed stating I would like a refund as they had taken many hundred of pounds of my money and not fulfilled their obligations. I was told this wasn't possible and commented that I did not accept the single match they sent. I haven't received a single email from them since and I have lost over £500. I hope others don't make the mistake and lose the money that I did. It could be argued this company clearly prey on what is a vulnerability for some. Note: if you look at most of their 5 star reviews, most have two posts, with a generic 5 star review about a another company just before.
