    I was only looking for a new chair for my home-office but I was impressed with the range of options, especially considering that they are so central to Bury St Edmunds and you mostly wouldn't even know it was there. The sales rep talked me through the options and left me to make my decision while handling other customers. It's was nice to also have a choice of fabrics (not sure all the chairs come with that). Only disappointment was that they were a bit vague about when the chair would be ready for collection ... which in my case ended up as around 10 days later. Also the chair has a super-satisfying swivel to it ... If my study was larger I could spend many happy hours just spinning!

    I visited the store in Nov 2020 and was greeted by Ian and another lady (apologies I have forgotten your name) both were soo friendly and professional throughout and were full of knowledge to help me find the perfect chair! The chair itself is of great quality and supports my back perfectly as well as being very comfortable. It was simple to assemble at home and tools were provided in the pack I had or there was the option to take one away fully assembled. There is plenty of choice to suit different budgets and chair types would highly recommend as lots to choose from and try out. Ian also kindly carried the box to the car for us as well which just added to the overall service. Also visiting in Covid times both colleagues wore face coverings kept their distance and made sure themselves and us sanitized our hands- excellent all round service from a Covid safety and customer service perspective. Thank you both again for great customer service!
