Ive lived at 42 sycamore rd for 11 months after landlord gets his little cut ov the rent about 450 pounds a month then by the time support worker has taken there nearly 500 pounds a month thats nearly 1000 a month ive ad 1 support session since ive been ere and iam not allowed. Y care here as she is band as support worker was in her room when she was asleep naked an she made a fuss about it

Left us with electrical defects for about a month. Staff just let their selves in room. I came back to discover they didn't even lock my door. changed the lock on a House mate's door causing them to be locked out. Moved in individuals that would steal food, the support worker told me to keep frozen goods in my room, I'm no scientist but I'm pretty sure thats not a good thing to do. Staff are nice and friendly but mis-informed, under qualified and to some degree incompetent. Wouldn't recommend anybody getting housing Via these cow-boys it Will be more hassle than it is worth, for example; sending me a misspelled eviction notice for not signing forms that they have always bought with them. As I phoned they merely said they couldn't bring the forms out of the office or discuss the matter at hand over the phone but they somehow are able to bring those forms out now and they was able to in the past.

I lived in shared accommodation Castleford road and they had a few problems but Julio who was the support worker was very good and aways helped to resolve issues not make it worse. So I give my 5 stars.

Houses are appalling n dirty n they did not safe guard my daughter who has mental health issues n self harms she's been robbed twice n the the couple who did it still have the keys n yet they still haven't changed the locks
