I bought the screen protector plan which initially they said you can have unlimited replacement. First time ever come to get it done, they said to it should only be a hairline, anymore than this they will not change it. Either way you will only change one screen protector for your customer . If you dont want to change it then when you make the sale dont even mention unlimited replacement. Just tell us £23 for a screen protector that if it cracks then you wont do anything. Don’t advertise something that you wont live up to. Very Disappointed! Im not angry over the £23 because I can swallow that cost. I’m angry at staff attitude.

Just a terrible service, the very young members of staff have no idea what they are selling and stand around hugging and chatting instead of helping customers. I was more than willing to buy a new iPhone there and sadly walked away without one as no staff wanted to sell one
