Excellent shop!my kids love it in here. Anyobody who gives this shop a 1 star review because of high prices and rude staff needs to remember: prices are determined by supply and demand, the 'high' prices are helping very ill children and the staff there are working for free! If you dont like the shops policies,go somewhere else - dont leave bad reviews which may put off decent people and ultimately less money for a childrens hospice!

I will never donate to this charity shop again. Rude loud mouthed older member of staff embarrassing me in front of customers. I've never been so embarrassed in all my life!! Never again.

It was my favourite charity shop for years. But not now. Now stuff is rude and impolite and items are over priced. What a shame.
